Thank you for your interest in working with Fresh Squeezed Design. Please review the following Terms & Conditions, which outline how we work with our clients, our design process, and important information regarding payments, proofs, and copyright.
Designs
All designs created by Fresh Squeezed Design are unique, original, and custom-made for each client.
To begin the design process, clients are encouraged to provide a few inspiration images to help establish the look and feel.
We cannot copy or reproduce images provided due to copyright laws. Clients must own full rights to any imagery they submit (for example, no images pulled from Google or copyrighted characters such as cartoon or superhero figures).
All artwork produced by Fresh Squeezed Design is protected by copyright law. We retain ownership of all design files and concepts, including those not approved for production. Designs may not be reproduced, altered, or used without written consent.
Proofs
It is the client’s responsibility to check all spelling, names, and event details on proofs. Once approved, Fresh Squeezed Design is not responsible for any errors, and reprint fees will apply.
For stationery requiring variable text (such as guest names or menus), we copy directly from client-provided spreadsheets or documents. Any errors in those documents will appear in the final product, for which Fresh Squeezed Design cannot be held responsible.
Printing will begin only after the client provides written approval and full payment is received. Proof of payment may be requested to expedite production.
Payments
Payments are made in three stages:
A non-refundable design fee of $500 is required to secure your booking and prior to the commencement of any artwork.
50% of the remaining balance is due upon approval of your main invitation mockup and before printing begins.
The final 50% balance is due once your stationery is ready for delivery. For day-of stationery, this is typically 1–2 weeks before your wedding date.
Additional payment details:
We are flexible throughout the design process and can adjust your quote if your needs change (for example, if you require more or fewer items than originally planned).
An online invoice is provided and updated throughout the process to help you track your order and budget in real time.
The Agreement
By submitting payment and approving your design proofs, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
